What began as the chemical reaction of light interacting with film, photography has become a technological arms race of sorts, everyone racing to have the camera with the largest megapixel count. My love of photography started in a dingy darkroom on the Lower East Side of NYC, and despite the inevitable switch to digital equipment, I approach each assignment as if Photoshop was still a camera store down the street.
My motto: everything looks better in natural light.
